Ensure the adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner

Should have ability and interest to manage/work on HR consulting, Recruitment, staffing, Training and development activities, should able to manage Human capital branch as full time employee cum partner or franchisee partner

Search resumes in various available Job Portals

Match the profile of the candidate on technical grounds

Ensure candidate is available and ready to take up the position

Negotiates salaries with candidates and negotiates pay rates with subcontracting companies and close the position.

Acts as first point-of-contact for consultant and maintains monthly contact with consultant
