Job Description
Responsible for managing team of 20 which includes Team Leads and Developers - Responsible for managing relationship with Product Development, QA, Customer, Architecture Office - Ten+ years of total Experience with at least Four years experience in Project Management delivering enterprise systems using J2EE or allied technologies. - Excellent technical knowledge in J2EE technologies: RIA technologies, Core java, Enterprise Java Beans, JMS, Web Services, XML - Proficiency with SQL and database stored procedure programming is a plus - Very good interpersonal skills with ability to motivate and lead the team. - Ability to directly work with the customer and actively participate on the technical discussion - Knowledge of Estimating Techniques, RFP Response - Excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively on both a technical and business level. - PMP or CSM Certification is desirable - Business Knowledge of Education services industry is a plus. - Process oriented individual will knowledge of PDLC and PMLC with very high focus on process implementation and improvement - Ability to lead and contribute organizational initiatives - Must have experience with Agile Scrum methodology. Distributed Agile implementation will be a huge advantage.
