We are a young start-up comprising of a team of accomplished professionals from premier management (IIMs) and technology institutes (BITS Pilani, DCE) of the country having varied work backgrounds in technology, venture capital, consulting, and business development.
We are looking for like-minded associates who understand "digital" and have strong web development skills as listed below to join our team in Bangalore
1. 1-4 years of experience in web development and conversion of designs to high quality, cross-browser compatible, clean and structured HTML/HTML5 markups , CSS3 skins & JavaScript code
2. Expert knowledge of HTML 5, XHTML 2.0, CSS2, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX & experience in IDEs such as Dreamweaver, Eclipse, etc.
3. Working knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite 6 - Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
4. Should be aware of latest W3 standards, page loading optimization. Making DIV based layout in W3C standard.
6. Ability to implement creative designs as Skins, Themes, and /or templates for open source CMS, e-Commerce, Email
7. Familiarity with responsive web design frameworks, progressive enhancements and implementing fluid web layouts
8. Familiarity with graphics & animation capabilities in HTML5
9. Familiarity with web interfaces built on HTML5 for touch-enabled tablets and mobiles
10. Familiarity with iOS & Android APIs, Facebook API and development libraries like jQuery Mobile and platforms like Sencha Touch would be an advantage
11. Knowledge of Flash and ActionScript is preferred
Additionally the following skills will be desirable:
1. Ability to independently manage, develop and execute projects for a wide range of clients requiring interactive as well as transactional sites
2. Ability to interact directly with clients to understand requirements, manage client expectations and consistently exceed client expectations with service delivery and quality
3. Strong aptitude in coding and interest in upcoming technologies in web, social and mobile
4. Continuous and fast learning abilities to be in-step with ever changing technology
5. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to take up increasing responsibilities and manage large teams as we scale up
